    Welcome to NepaliBiz (www.nepalibiz.com.au), a platform for Nepalese businesses, job postings, and rental listings in Australia.
    By submitting information or using NepaliBiz services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    1. Purpose
    NepaliBiz provides:
    •A business directory for Nepalese businesses in Australia
    •A job posting portal for employers to post vacancies
    •A room-for-rent listing portal for landlords and tenants
    The platform allows users to access information and post listings to connect with the Nepalese community.
     
    2. Business Listings Using Public Information
    •NepaliBiz may initially list businesses using publicly available information (from websites, social media, or public directories) without contacting the business.
    •Inclusion in the directory does not imply endorsement or partnership.
    •NepaliBiz may contact businesses later to offer optional paid or promotional listings.
    •Businesses can opt out or request removal at any time by contacting [your email].
     
    3. Job and Room Listings
    •Users posting job ads or rental listings must provide personal information (name, email, phone, address) as part of the listing.
    •Users confirm that they have the right to submit the information.
    •All information is collected to display listings and facilitate communication with interested parties.
     
    4. Accuracy and Responsibility
    •Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of any updates after initial public-data listing.
    •Job and room advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their posted information.
    •NepaliBiz may edit, suspend, or remove listings that are misleading, inappropriate, or unlawful.
     
    5. Paid / Promotional Listings
    •Businesses may opt into paid promotional features, such as featured listings or advertising.
    •Participation is voluntary and requires explicit consent and payment.
    •Promotional communications will comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003.
     
    6. Use of Data
    •Business Listings: public data used to create directory listings; personal contact info collected only if the business consents for promotional purposes.
    •Job & Room Listings: personal information collected to publish listings and facilitate communication.
    •NepaliBiz will not sell or misuse information.
    •All data use complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
     
    7. Intellectual Property
    •Users retain ownership of content they submit (logos, descriptions, images).
    •NepaliBiz may display this content for listings and promotional purposes.
    •NepaliBiz owns the platform design, structure, and database.
     
    8. Liability Disclaimer
    •NepaliBiz provides listings for informational purposes only.
    •We do not verify or endorse businesses, jobs, or rooms.
    •NepaliBiz is not responsible for:
    •Errors or omissions in listings
    •Interactions or transactions between users
    •Any loss or damage arising from use of the platform
